The Sword of the Lord!

In view of what is taking place in the world today – the clashing of nations, failed diplomacy, political divisions, cultural decline in morality, and the list could go on and on, I felt the Lord downloaded the prophetic word at the end of this introduction which I invite you to ponder on.

Introduction

Sadly, it seems the American culture has lost the concept of God and His sovereignty over the nation causing it to go into decline and eventual fall if there is no repentance and turning back to God.

God will not intervene if he sees no repentance for repentance precedes His intervention and what follows intervention can be divine restoration to nations and individuals within the nation.  It is that simple.

Sadly, the biblical concept of an Almighty Creator, Savior, and Sovereign God has been forgotten by most in the America society as we are presently witnessing the downturn in morality, civility, common sense and decency, and political corruption and deception at all levels of leadership in the American culture. It seems America has forgotten God and His ways which invites His chastisement and judgment upon the nation.

In view of the above, how are serious followers of Christ to respond to a nation seemingly flowing in an opposite direction of righteousness, godliness, and truth – a nation which has become a pos - Christian nation which has expunged God from schools, government, laws, and other institutions?.

At this point in writing the above, I felt the Lord speak the following to me. Therefore, I wish to share with you.  I gave this word the title:

Prophetic Word

The Sword of the Lord!

Brace Yourself!

I say to you to begin

to brace yourself

in My Word for

 My Word

is your

Sword.

It is My Word –

My Sword

which will cut through

 the darkness

 you are facing

everywhere you go.

It is My Word

which is also

 My Light

which will not only

 cut through the darkness

 but will

also dispel the

 wickedness in the

 darkness.

Therefore,

eat My Word,

consume My Word,

speak My Word,

 and

allow it to

grow fully within you

 for it is

 your weapon

 against the enemy.

It is your enemy

which comes

to steal your peace

 and

closeness to Me.

Do not bend your ear

 to your enemy’s

whispers about your past

 and

accusations

 of telling you

 your are not good enough,

your have been a failure,

you will never measure up

to what

 God expects of you.

The enemy is a liar

 and

a deceiver who accuses

My people.

Therefore,

be on guard

for he does not give up

 in attempting to

sow doubt,

discouragement,

and

leading many astray.

I say to you,

 it is

 My Word flowing

 through your mouth

 by the faith I give you

which will cause

 your enemy

to retreat.

Let me say again,

You have been given the

 “Sword of the Lord” –

My Word.

I have placed it in your

 heart, mind, mouth,

 and

hand to use to further

My

 Kingdom in your midst.

Hesitate not to

speak it against

the darkness

you face each day

for the days ahead

 will grow even darker

 and

 challenging to your faith

 and

 walk with Me.

“I Am”

 is with you as I was with

Moses, Joshua, and Gideon

 for they called on Me

in their

 times of distress

and

need

and

 I did not fail to

answer them.

I will not fail to

 answer you

 as you seek

and

call on Me

and

expect to hear

 from Me.

Your destiny

 is in My hands

and

 I will see you though

as long as you turn to me

in your

 hour of need.

Now,

go forth

with the

“Sword of the Lord”

 and

do not fear and dismayed

what you hear

 and

 see taking place in the nations

 for they are in My hand.
